How do I make card payment?
To make card payment you can select card payment at checkout, when it takes you through to the paypal screen you simple click below the log in details to 'Pay with credit or debit card' this will allow you to pay without a paypal account using your card.
What size should I take in trousers and jackets?
We usually advise customers to take their usual size if they wish to wear the product on its own, or if they wish to wear something underneath we advise 1 size up to allow for clothing.
What size gloves should I take?
Please view our size chart, this is very helpful, you simply measure your inside palm across from little finger to the index finger and relate to the size chart.
Do the products come with warranty?
Yes 6 months manufacturers warranty against faults developing is applicable on Texpeed motorcycle products. *Misuse policy can void this
How long does delivery take?
All items are dispatched next working day after payment , then delivery can take up to 48 hours after this. Please allow 4 days from ordering for the item to arrive. In busy periods this may take longer. Unless you have paid for 24 hour delivery.
How long does overseas delivery take?
For parcels going outside the UK the standard delivery time we recommend to wait is 7 days, however sometimes items can take longer depending on the service paid for.
Do you allow for exchanges and refunds?
Refunds – Yes as long as the product is returned within 14 days.
Exchanges – Yes however we do ask the customer to make a contribution to the return postage of the item (this way we can keep the price of the product down at the lowest possible)
Do we wholesale?
Yes we can wholesale out Texpeed and Turin motorcycle wear products, as we are sole distributors for these brands worldwide. Please contact for more information.
Are payments secure?
All payments made on our website are secure by Globalsign – click the sign on our website to verify us. Also no card details are kept by ourselves, all our card payments are dealt with by world renowned PayPal.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship to all countries worldwide, however we do ask for customers outside the EU to contact us for a quote prior to purchase.
Do I have to pay to send my order back to you?
Unfortunately, we don’t provide free returns label so you will be responsible for covering the cost of returning your order back to us.
What condition must items be returned in?
All goods must be unused, odour free and complete with all tags attached. Please also keep the original clear packaging to place the item inside. Goods must be in re-saleable condition and we reserve the right to apply a handling charge as per our terms and conditions.
How long shall I wait until my return is processed?
We aim to process returns within 3 working days from the arrival date. You will be sent an email once your order has been exchanged/refunded.
Why do postage charges apply on exchanges?
This fee is to cover the cost of dispatching a new size back out to your address. The reason we require the shipping cost is due to our low-price points. We aim to keep our prices extremely low, our items are great quality and are often priced lower than our competitors. Therefore, it means our margins are very small. As a token of our appreciation we’ll ensure your return is quickly processed so you swiftly receive the new size.
How much is the shipping charge if I exchange my item?
