Delivery
Bike Wear Direct aim to provide the best delivery service to our customers, and do so as fast as possible.
When sending products in the UK we use DHL / Yodel for the majority of orders, this service is reliable and which usually takes 1-3 working days and requires a signature from the customer. This isn’t a guaranteed service however if it hasn’t arrived within 7 days please contact us and we will send you the tracking details. Also please check with your local sorting office as if you missed the delivery it will go there and after 7 days be sent back to us. If the item is sent back to us via the delivery service we will have to ask you to pay for the return postage.
Some items may go by 1st class post or 1st class recorded post which also takes 1-2 working days but doesn’t require a signature from the buyer.
Unfortunately once the item leaves our hands we have to rely on the delivery service to do there job, if the parcel takes longer than expected to be delivered we can only apologise. On the rare occasion the item doesn’t get delivered we will send a replacement.
International delivery:
All international parcels are sent via Airmail small packets or DHL Express depending on size and weight of the parcel. The guidelines for this service are Europe in 3-5 working days and rest of the world in 5-7 working days. If you have any special requirements or questions on international postage please email

Returns
At Bike Wear Direct we want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase, so in the unlikely event that you wish to return your item we give you a 14 day money back guarantee.
It is very easy if you wish to return your goods for a refund using the 14 day money back guarantee. All we ask is that all items are returned by the customer to us in their original packaging and in the condition they were received. With a cover note quoting your order number, full name and address. Please note P&P costs are non-refundable.
We aim to refund all customers within 72 hours of receiving the item back in acceptable condition as per our terms and conditions.
Products we are unable to refund or exchange:
Unfortunatley delicate items such as helmets can not be refunded or exchanged.
Damaged Item/s:

We will require photo/s of any damaged item. If your item/s arrive damaged, it is at our discretion to replace only the damaged part/s or to completely exchange your item/s, this is done at our expense.
In all cases we will work hard with you to ensure that you are totally satisfied with the end result and your purchase.
Terms & Conditions
Please ensure you have ordered the correct size and colour you require.
Goods are shipped usually within 24 hrs of ordering. However on occasions it maybe 48 hours. (excl weekends & Bank holidays) Items are sent by a signed for delivery service.
Returned items are to be sent back within 14 days. Note - Postage and packaging is non-refundable.
We are not liable for postage costs on items returned due to the wrong size/colour being ordered.
When returning goods it is your responsibility to ensure they are correctly packaged, with all original tags and packaging so item is resaleable to our standards, if not we hold the right to refuse refund.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery of returned items that are damaged by the customer or in the post when being returned, as items are checked prior to posting.
Please always quote your name, item number and query on all correspondence.

Conditions of Sale
Definitions
"Buyer" means the person or company that purchases or agrees to purchase the products from the Seller.
"Seller" means our company Bike Wear Direct
"Consumer" means the person that uses or intends to use the products.
"Condition" means Terms & Conditions of sale laid out within this document and any other Terms & Conditions of sale agreed in writing by us, the seller.
"Products" means the goods or items specified.
"Price" means the price for the products including VAT & delivery.
"Delivery date" means the date specified by the seller when the products will be delivered.
Applicable Conditions
The seller will sell and the buyer will buy the products/items in accordance with any written (including listing), or verbal quotation of the seller which is accepted by the buyer, or any written or verbal order of the buyer which is accepted by the seller including orders placed using the sellers online ordering service, orders placed via the telephone, facsimile, written or other means. Any such orders will be subject to these conditions.
Any administration error, clerical or other error omission in any sales literature or listing, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice, or other document or information issued by the seller shall be subject to correction if required, without any liability on the part of the seller.
If for any reason the seller is unable to supply the goods ordered by the buyer then any sum paid by the buyer will be refunded or re-credited to their account and the seller will notify the customer by telephone, email or letter given to them or provided by the buyer. This refund will be made as soon as is possible and, in any event, within 10 days of the reason becoming apparent. The seller will not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.
Prices & Payment
*Auction items: Please remember you are bidding to buy and as a buyer automatically enter into a legally binding contract to purchase from us, the seller. eBay's unpaid item policy requires buyers to pay the seller for the items they commit to purchase. We use the eBay unpaid item process may affect your eBay's buying status and can result in your eBay account being suspended. Only bid if you intend to pay. Please read the eBay user agreement for more information.
Cheque payments
Where the buyer pays for the products/items by cheque, the total price will be due at the time of placing the order. Goods will not be despatched until the funds have cleared in the sellers account.
Card payments
We do not store credit card details, nor do we share any customer details with 3rd party companies.
The Products
The quantity and description of the products shall be set out in the sellers order acknowledgement or listing description.
The seller may make any changes in the specification of the products which do not materially affect their quality or performance required to conform with any applicable statutory requirements where the products are supplied to seller’s specification.
